However, if your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of your damaged item to contact@la-pash.com within 48 hours of the receipt. We are not responsible for any personal damaged caused to any purchases. Therefore, La Päsh reserves the right to deny unreasonable exchanges or refunds.
If your item(s) arrive damaged please mail out your damaged item(s) within 10 business days from the receipt of original order. You will receive a pre-paid return label to mail off damaged items back to us. Item(s) being returned MUST be in its original package and condition. We will not be held accountable if shipping is delayed due to postal service provider. However, we will work to resolve the issue and make certain all orders are received. will receive an email when we receive your return. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon receiving. Once items are received and inspected, you will be entitled a store credit or full refund.
Note: Please pay close attention to dimensions of listing descriptions before placing an order. There will be no refunds or issuing of store credit for complaints due to size/weight of earrings. In the event, a customer has a question regarding size/weight of the earring, we recommend contacting us to assist before completing your purchase.
Majority of the pieces in our gold collection are 22K gold plated. Because our gold collection earrings are handmade, there may be slight variations ( color, design or shape) in some styles. Please do not be alarmed if the post is slightly bent upon arrival. This is due to the soldering method used when applying the earring post to the earrings.
